Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery. We reserve the right to apply restocking fees or to revoke approval  (RMA) for your returns after this time period. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

All returns must be in original packaging and in unused condition.

Any damaged shipments must be reported to us to make a claim within 5 days. Please take pictures of damaged shipments received before opening and discarding packaging. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to Metal Clay Crafted Findings. In the case of returned item that was shipped for free, all shipping and handling charges will be deducted from credit. Any shipping charges paid by MCF at time of order will be deducted from credit.

Any modifications to an order after being submitted will be subject to a $5 processing fee.

All credits will be returned to the original purchasing credit card.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product and reason for the return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please contact us before returning any items to allow the issue of a RMA number. Items returned without RMA will not get processed.


It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct address for shipping.

Please note that all credit card transactions are subject to an anti-fraud validation process. Shipping to a different address than the cardholder, may delay your shipment by up to 5 days. 

 We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. As well, some conditions are beyond our control such as custom delays.

We reserve the right to cancel any international order to high risk locations due to unreliable delivery service.

Customer is subject to all rules imposed by USPS for Priority shipping; if USPS provides a refund for late package then we extend it to you. However, if they refuse it, we can't extend to you.

Our system will send an email that order has been shipped with tracking. Email and tracking is usually sent out within 24hrs of package being shipped.  if you have deadline for product delivery, please contact us to confirm shipment. In most cases we will inform you if there is a delay in shipping for some reason.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Any taxes or assessments levied by local governing laws are the responsibility of the customer. We neither collect nor pay taxes on customers behalf unless they live in Rhode Island USA.

In the event that package is refused or returned customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
