Our Rivet Piercing/Setting Tool Limited Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind all our Crafted Findings Rivet Piercing/Setting Tool (body and component parts) and are confident that they will perform as designed and as such offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty for materials and workmanship on all Rivet Piercing/Setting Tool components (including Tool body, Eyelet and Rivet Flaring set, Piercing Set, and Domed Piercing Base) to the original purchaser. This Warranty is valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the Crafted Findings Rivet Piercing/Setting Tool and it or any components remains in our product line.
The Warranty coverage begins when the Crafted Findings Rivet Piercing/Setting Tool is purchased from our company directly. Proof of Purchase as well as the return of any component is required.
Exclusions:
- Rivet Piercing/Setting Tool purchased from third party sellers (Items purchased from one of our retail partners/distributors must be returned to them and are subject to their return policies).
- Tool missing the Crafted Findings item number or item number that has been defaced
- Warranty coverage does not extend to scratches, dents, chips, or changes in appearances of tool body or components and non-structural blemishes that do not affect the performance or structural integrity of these items.
- This warranty is contingent upon proper use of the Rivet Piercing/Setting Tool in the application for which such Rivet Piercing/Setting Tool was intended.
- This limited warranty does not apply to product that has been discontinued and is no longer in our catalog.
