Create Your Own Eyelets

.059” (1.5mm) outside diameter tubing with .007” (.178mm) wall. This tubing is used to create your own eyelets or tube rivets. Cut the tubing 1/16” (1.59mm) longer than the total thickness of the material that you are riveting. Then place the cut tubing through the hole. Use the 1/16” eyelet set in our riveting system to flare one end, then flip over and flare that other side, and you’re done.
