Barbara has been a jeweler for over thirty-five years and a lampwork/bead artist since 1996. She received a Master of Fine Arts Degree in metalwork and jewelry from the University of Wisconsin. She has shared her award winning talents through her teaching duties at the University of Wisconsin, Menomie, and Iowa State University. She also held a position of professor of Fine Arts at Edison Community College, Ft Myers, FL. Her work has garnered national reputation and has been seen in many galleries and publications.

Glass etching liquid or paste (optional)
Soda Lime glass rod pulled into a stringer diameter (approx 2-3mm)
Light colored transparent rods will allow the brightly finished fines silver bead core to glow through (This bead uses light aqua transparent.) Opaque glass can also be used.
